Each member is assigned a unique electronic key fob to gain 24/7 access for just $12.
Each account [individual/family] includes a one-time $25 security system/activation fee.
Quarterly maintenance and repairs dues of just $12 is applied to each account.
Unlimited tanning is available to members as an add-on of $25/month.
Individual members must be 15+ years old
Written requests for pauses/cancellations require at least 15 days notice prior to the next billing date.
